Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of the omega 6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is utilised in the body to manufacture specific prostaglandins, substances that are important for regulating many body functions, including healthy skin, joints hormonal balance. EPO can be used both internally and externally for dry skin.

Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as professionally advised.
Capsules may be pierced and the oil applied directly to dry skin.
