Little Sprout advises that delivery times are dependent on processing times:
- New Zealand (Non-Rural Delivery address) – 2 to 4 days
- New Zealand (Rural Delivery address) – 3 to 6 days
- Australia – 10 to 12 days
- Worldwide – 7 to 21 days
We aim to have your orders processed and sent out within 1 to 3 working days, you will be contacted if we expect any delays. Your order will be shipped out from Mt Eden, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND.
Should you require anything dispatched sooner, please email us. We will endeavour to co-ordinate with you to achieve your deadlines.
All New Zealand orders are sent out via couriers. Orders over $100 will be sent in signature required parcels, please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. Should you not require this service, please advise us via email.
Items that require refrigeration:
We aim to ship items that are sensitive to heat and items that require refrigeration after a weekend to avoid the parcel being held over the weekend with the couriers. You can help us reduce delivery times by providing as much information about delivery instructions and ensuring someone will be available at the delivery address.
We always check to ensure items are ok to be shipped out and can endure standard shipping conditions however, we cannot accept responsibility for packages stored at the courier depots as a result of failed delivery attempts.
Little Sprout offers FREE delivery for orders over $100, orders below $100 incur a postage and handling fee, rural addresses attract an extra fee and this fee is reduced when order is over $100. For any wholesale orders, freight costs will be calculated at the time of order.
We offer gift wrapping free of charge for any of those special items! If you would like a product gift wrapped please request for this service at the time of placing your order.
Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider and Paymark Partner, using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card or Pago Wallet details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card or wallet data is available to or used by the merchant. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction
*Please note that if you are ordering outside of New Zealand, you are an importer. Customers are responsible for ensuring items selected abide by the customs laws within their own country. We cannot take responsibility if packages are seized or destroyed by customs or boarder control and cannot give refund on those orders. We are also unable to refund for items that are opened, damaged or inspected by Customs.

If you change your mind about an order or want to add something to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected]. If the order is still on the premises, we can alter it, but once the order has been shipped out we cannot alter or cancel your order in anyway.
Some items are dropped shipped so please contact us to check for stock availability before you order if you need a particular item urgently.
