Little Sprout Ltd will accept returns of any unopened products that are still in the original packaging for an exchange for another product within SEVEN* days of you receiving your order (as recorded by the courier).
We will also provide free shipping if your return is the result of our error such as damaged or incorrect items sent. In all other cases, a return postage fee will apply and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied. We cannot give a refund in the case of change of mind.
To return products to Little Sprout Ltd follow the steps below. Please note returns will not be processed without a special return code.
Contact us at [email protected] and tell us the nature of your return. Eg damaged during shipping, incorrect item(s) received, defective item(s) received. Little Sprout Ltd does not accept product returns if the consumer changes his/her mind about a product. We will then respond to your return request within two working days providing you with your special return code.
We cannot accept products for exchange that are returned after SEVEN* days.
Please ensure goods for exchange arrive in “As New” condition, as items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.
* For all International refunds Little Sprout Ltd allows 30 days of you receiving your order (as recorded by the courier)

If you change your mind about an order or want to add something to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected]ittlesprout.co.nz. If the order is still on the premises, we can alter it, but once the order has been shipped out we cannot alter or cancel your order in any way.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for any order cancellations.
