Getting started

  1. Read the supplied instructions and quick-start guide.
  2. Check that the two AAA batteries are correctly installed.
  3. Set the date, time and any preferred alarm.
  4. Begin measuring under your tongue immediately after waking.
  5. Enter menstruation when prompted.

For a consistent measurement

  • Measure before getting out of bed.
  • Place the sensor under your tongue and close your mouth.
  • Remain still during the approximately 60-second measurement.
  • Follow the instructions if illness, disrupted sleep, alcohol or travel affects your routine.

Warranty and proof of purchase

Keep your Little Sprout receipt. Manufacturer documentation describes a two-year limited warranty for eligible purchases through authorised dealers, subject to its terms and exclusions. Contact Little Sprout to confirm the warranty applicable to your purchase before returning a device.
